By submitting an article, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. This constitutes a legally binding contract between you and TubeOnAI, even in electronic form without physical signature.
This Agreement does not create any partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship. You acknowledge that you act as an independent contractor. You are not an employee and have no entitlement to employee benefits, plans, or distributions from TubeOnAI.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for disputes arising from this Agreement shall be the courts located in Sheridan, Wyoming. You hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any right to jury trial.
The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to this Agreement.
You may not assign, transfer, or delegate any rights or obligations under this Agreement without TubeOnAI’s prior written consent. Any attempted assignment without consent shall be null and void.
TubeOnAI may freely assign its rights or obligations under this Agreement to any third party, including as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
TubeOnAI reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time at our sole discretion. We will update the revision date at the bottom of this page when changes are made. The revised Agreement becomes effective immediately upon posting unless otherwise specified.
Your submission of articles after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease submitting articles.
